Janna Biagio
Events Advisor
Janna Biagio graduated from Mount Holyoke College with a degree in Art History, Criticism & Conservation. During college, Janna volunteered her time with the theater department, culminating in a Head Costumer Designer position in the school’s production of the Plumwine Drinkard, and an assistant costume designer role in the 2007 off-off-broadway production of Peggy Guggenheim Stripped Bare by Her Bachelors.
After working for five years in Fashion in NYC, Janna turned her eye to Tech - a fitting industry for the Northern California native. She most recently moved from a VP of People role in a women’s biotech company to a Director of Community role at a HR tech company based near Wall Street.
Janna enjoys both professionally and personally organizing memorable, large-group events. As a co-founder of the New York Cabaret Club, an amateur choir and band, Janna hosted quarterly shows at The Metropolitan Room and The Duplex Theater from 2013-2015.
Janna moved with her husband and parents to Highlands in April 2018 to set up a home before the arrival of a baby girl in September. The whole bunch can be spotted walking all over town on good weather days.
